It is difficult to overstate the impact of a circle of men who feel safe to be deeply vulnerable with one another.
And who are practicing together to cultivate a sacred space of unconditional Love where all of life can be witnessed compassionately.
Why does this matter?
Modern men are facing deep struggles.
Alienation, addiction, depression, anxiety, nihilism, purposelessness, and so on.
An antidote to all these issues is a felt connection to Loving Masculine Presence, both through real relationship with good men, as well as a sense of connection to a greater mystery of Love that pervades all of life.
This felt connection to Loving Masculine Presence through a men’s circle does the following:
It reduces or dissolves the sense of alienation, loneliness, or isolation through authentic social contact with good men — and also builds one’s social confidence and authentic relating skills, so one is then better equipped to forge more solid relationships in one’s life.
It helps dissolve addictions through healing, connection, and accountability. Most addictions arise due to unhealed wounds and unmet needs for connection. Real Human Love is what truly heals wounds and provides genuine connection.
It alleviates depression and anxiety through connection, healing, upliftment, embodiment, and trust in life. Most depression and anxiety arise due to unhealed wounds, unprocessed emotions, unmet needs, and a disembodied over-fixation on mind/thought. A loving men’s circle is a space to ventilate our real emotions, contact our real needs, unearth our deeper wounds and bathe them in cleansing Love. It is a space to return to body, heart, Earth, and a sense of trust in the basic goodness of life and people.
A loving men’s circle helps dissolve nihilism and purposelessness by providing a meaning-rich environment where you are surrounded by men of purpose who invite you to act and create in your life. Nihilism and purposelessness primarily arise due to isolation and a lack of felt Love. Real love among good men—the felt connection and care—reveals the deep meaning of life and inspires us to find purpose by sharing love in the world in our own unique ways.
An antidote.
Hopefully this has given a clear sense of how a loving men’s circle provides tangible benefit in the lives of modern men. I genuinely believe that a truly loving men’s circle is an antidote for most struggles modern men are facing.
While a circle may not be able to entirely resolve all these issues, it acts as a solid anchor, life-raft, training ground, and incubator. And if you do need additional support, the leader of your men’s circle can refer you to other (one-on-one) therapists, healers, or support systems.
I’m proud of the men’s circles I lead within our brotherhood. The palpable Love and connection is honestly deeper than what I’ve experienced in other men’s circles. I say this with great respect and appreciation for other men’s circles I’ve been part of, and all the other containers good men are holding out there.
The circles I lead have a distinct flavor, integrating many approaches that I have not seen in other circles. We balance seriousness and play in a sacred way. We work often with the inner child. Sometimes we write poetry, sing, dance, act, do breathwork, or engage in pure nonsense. Each session begins and ends with a meditation and prayer.
Most fundamentally, what we do is share honestly from the heart, witness one another, offer council, and explore many exercises that bring us to our edge and train us in leadership, health, wealth, relationship, creativity, and holistic mastery. In our space, the whole of life can be addressed.
Rise of Kings: Built on a foundation of love, truth, and trust.

We will walk through the flames together.
And it is pivotal to understand that this will be done within a container where deep foundational trust, love, and safety have been cultivated over years.
