A few recommendations...

I felt inspired to share a few blog recommendations with all of you today…

These are five of the humans I am most connected to and paying the most attention to at this point in my journey.

I deeply recommend their work.

All of them have tremendous medicine to share with the world.

#1: Tanja Schomann’s Newsletter

My beloved partner Tanja—the mother of our daughter, Lila—started a Substack newsletter recently about her journey as a mother, researcher, teacher, and entrepreneur. I deeply recommend subscribing. Tanja is a truly Grace-full mother and partner; her presence in my life is a great gift from God. She is one of the most insightful and kind-hearted beings I have ever had the joy to meet, and her recent writings about life and motherhood have been truly powerful and courageous.

#2: Unfurling Heart by Kana Knox

My dear friend Kana Knox just started a Substack blog called Unfurling Heart. I highly recommend subscribing over there and following her work. Her main focus is on sacred sexuality as a path to the heart. She is one of the most beautiful-hearted souls I know and has so much medicine to give to the world.

#3: The Stoic Handbook by Jon Brooks

I recommend The Stoic Handbook, the blog/podcast of my dear brother Jon Brooks. Jon also just launched a new course called Stoic Anxiety Mastery (70% off for next 4 days during the launch). If you struggle with anxiety, Jon can help you. He has truly gone deep with Stoicism and embodies the teachings of the ancient Stoic masters. Jon has been through a lot in his life, yet he is one of the most upstanding, graceful, and compassionate men I know.

#4: Radiant Tantra by Trevor West

I also highly recommend subscribing to Radiant Tantra, the Substack blog of my dear brother, Trevor West. Trevor is one of the most pure-hearted, switched-on, high-velocity beings I know—truly someone who brings light to everyone around him and who is deeply committed to living his truth. You’ll be glad you infused his medicine into your life.

#5: Tao Creations by Austin Otting

I deeply recommend subscribing to Tao Creations, the Substack blog of another dear brother, Austin Otting. Austin is a Qi Gong practitioner and all-around Taoist wizard with a plethora of esoteric and multi-dimensional knowledge. He is a good-hearted and upright being committed to truth, with many gifts to share with this world.
