Sharing something dear to me...

Dear Family,

I am birthing a Brotherhood.

It’s called…

Brothers of the Ever Innocent Heart.

This is something truly dear to my heart.

It feels vulnerable to write about it publicly for the first time.

This doesn’t feel like other announcements or offerings.

It’s hard to find the words, other than to say…

It feels… more real.

The truth and realness of it is viscerally throbbing within me.

Catholic hymns resound around me now, providing a sacred backdrop for the writing of this message…

And genuine tears well in my eyes…

Just as they did when I was crafting the vision for the Brotherhood.

Today I had a ceremony to open the energetic space of the Brotherhood…

I lit a bonfire, smoked mapacho, said many prayers, invoked many benevolent beings, spirits, ancestors, saints, sages, entheogenic teachers, avatars…

I spoke to the Almighty One — God, Tao, Source, Brahman, Allah…

Supreme Absolute Source…

Infinite Loving Intelligence…

The Ever Innocent Heart of All That Is…

The many-named yet ultimately Nameless One…

I prayed with great sincerity and earnestness, asking God to be with us.

To be with the Brothers of the Ever Innocent Heart.

To support the men who are destined to be part of this Brotherhood.

To assist in guiding them to their True Paths.

For that is what this Brotherhood is all about:

Truth.

At its core, it is about men gathering to speak the Truth of their Hearts…

And listen from the Heart, with deep Presence.

This ancient practice of the Circle, revealed itself to me in recent years as one of the great Healing Medicines for modern men and for humanity.

Men deeply need true brotherly connection with honorable men.

They need sacred spaces, ceremonies, and initiations to help them remember and embody what it is to be a True Man — a man who Lives Truth in service to Life.

Brothers of the Ever Innocent Heart will provide such a space.

First and foremost a Brotherhood, Brothers of the Ever Innocent Heart is also an ongoing Ceremony and Initiatory Journey.

Through meditation, shadow work, embodiment practices, prayer, fasting, play, art, wisdom teachings, rites of passage, and the ancient art of the Circle...

We Men will become brothers.

We will see and love parts of ourselves we did not know existed, and thus return toward Wholeness.

We will become more honest, artful expressions of our own souls.

We will deepen in realization and embodiment of True Manhood.

This is my prayer, my intention, my commitment.

God willing, I will humbly steward this Brotherhood, in Grace and Loving Presence, to the best of my abilities, for the Highest Good of All.
