It begins with a meditation guided by the great sage and dear friend of mine, Sanya Manzoor, then moves into the breathwork journey guided by myself. I recommend carving out ~2 hours on a calm, spacious day to be alone and in silence and dive deep with this, ideally with a good pair of headphones:
