Everything is Okay 💚

Note to self: Keep it simple

I remember one time at ‘Presence of God’—a retreat I hosted in 2022—a few of us were engaged in a fairly tangled philosophical conversation about the nature of reality and consciousness…

Then my dear homie & co-facilitator Cory ‘CoryaYo’ Altenhofen interjected to drop some wisdom on us. He said something like:

“I feel like you guys are over-complicating it. It all comes back to a simple knowing in the heart that everything is okay.”

Boom.

I remembered this a couple days ago and it was medicinal for me.

My mind is always wanting to find the ‘grand synthesis’ that answers every question and perfectly integrates every major experience and teaching of my life… And my mind can really tie itself in knots in its unending quest to do this…

Yet the truth of the heart is simple.

Faith is simple.

The heart whispers:

Love everyone as best you can

Be you

Keep the faith

Connect to Earth

Connect to your Source

Let yourself be sanctified in the Fires of Adoration

All is well

Faith is the simplest path.

Not always the easiest, but the simplest.

With 1,000% Faith, no answers are needed.

You simply let the whole world be in God’s hands.

And trust that that is enough.

“God knows better than me”

“God will take my soul where it needs to go”

“Everything is okay because it is in Her hands”

If you have total faith in God, no answers are needed.

You’re free to simply Live, Love, Trust, Flow.
