The reality is that what we "do" in the world can include emotional and rational rejection of behaviors of other fellow humans. Oh, my, does that means the rejector has lost their self-awareness. THAT is the question. And the answer is "not necessarily". A Self-aware entity indeed still chops wood and carries water. And if someone else is stealing their wood and tipping the water jar, it is nature's way to defend the wood and water. Thus, anger can be delivered from the platform of the unmoved. Movement can emerge from the motionless. That is the case and always will be the case. To say that the motionless cannot move, is like saying the sun cannot shine--on the desert as well as on the snow.
I do fully see and understand and agree with what you are pointing to here, and yet please allow me to say something slightly off topic and still very related and that is that i noticed that always always always in all spiritual circles always the demand is directed ONLY to one side, ONLY that the evil liberals stop hating poor innocent misunderstood trump, never ever the other way around, never ever asking conservatives (whose echo-chambers are absolutely dripping with extreme venom and EXTREME HATRED of liberals) to take a look at what it is they are hating (like you suggested here) but always always always this demand is directed ONLY at liberals.
I know and fully understand that this isn't your point here, i understand that trump is just used here as a place-holder for something more fundamental that you are pointing to, i do fully understand that, and yet, still, i can't help but notice who is this directed to and who is painted as the villain here and who is painted as the misunderstood victim here. You are not directing this at conservative to love their inner liberal. No, this call is ALWAYS directed (by every single person that i know of who writes on these things) ALWAYS directed to liberals, never ever the other way around. Never!!

And yet, despite this being the case, still the demand to become aware and love your "enemy" is always always ALWAYS directed at liberals, never ever at conservatives, even though conservativss are (from my experience) much more emotionally-immature and quick to hate.
Like i said, i'm not a liberal at all and speak very strongly against the abysmal right-wing corporate-capitalist DNC but I'm sick and tired or this distorted image being constantly painted of evil hateful liberals and poor minsunderstood trump and conservatives, sick and tired of this constant ONE-SIDED demand coming from spiritual-minded folks, that is always directed ONLY at liberals (to become aware of the "enemy" in you) and never ever directed to conservatives, even though they are A MILLION TIMES more psychologically-immature, propagandized and quick to hate, from my personal experience.
