You Must Master Your Life. 🌞⚔️
If you want to create & lead at your highest level.
Masterful, sustainable creative leadership requires holistic life mastery.
If you want to create and lead at your highest level, there’s no way around it:
You need to master your life.
If you want your existence to be a Beacon for others, using your creativity to illuminate what is possible in this lifetime…
You need to master your life.
That’s not to say that you cannot inspire others while your life is a mess.
You certainly can, but in that case you’re much less likely to be able to:
Show up as a creative leader fully, consistently, and sustainably over the long-term.
Prevent the disarray of your life from stunting your creative output or gradually consuming you.
Channel your energy purely and powerfully into your creative work, because you’re leaking it in many ways, through the chaos of your life.
Focus and do your best work, because you’re always stressed, frazzled, and putting out fires.

And let’s be clear: There are exceptions to every general principle. Some artists are destined to live chaotic lives, and to channel that chaos into their art, in ways that inspire and connect with millions of people. And trust me, I *love* many of these artists. Yet it is a sad fact that these artists often die young or burn out or are otherwise devoured by the chaos of their lives.
What I’m more interested in, is the possibility of long-term, balanced Creative Leadership.

You need to masterfully integrate your King/Queen, your Warrior, your Sage, your Visionary, your Lover, your Wild Animal, and more.
You need to initiate into adulthood. This likely involves getting married and becoming a parent.
You need to develop deep equanimity, trust in life, and learn to hold space for whatever is arising.
As you do all this, new levels of Creative Leadership open up to you.
Things start to get *really* FUN because you’re THRIVING.
You’re firing on all cylinders.
You’re bringing your A game.
You’re finally becoming the Force of Nature that you are.
You’re crushing the game of life.
