Momentum is a gift from God.
It is not a guarantee. And it must not be taken for granted.
“As the Lord giveth, so the Lord taketh away.”
When we do not properly respect and honor what has been given to us in any area of life, it tends to be taken away.
(Or we overlook the gift, thereby effectively ‘taking it away’ from ourselves, since we don’t experience its beauty.)
The proper response to momentum is to honor it as a Divine gift.
Be thankful for it. Care for it. Nurture it.
Lovingly water its garden.
Do not assume it will automatically stick around.
When properly honored, momentum can stick around and keep building & blossoming into greater echelons of beauty, wonder, and planetary ripple effects.
If we let momentum die, we might learn a hard lesson and never manage to build it back up again. We might find that it’s harder to build than we thought—that we ‘got kinda lucky the first time.’ It might take 10x as much effort to rebuild it once it’s gone.
I don’t wanna scare you with this information. Okay, maybe just a little bit.
I just want you to truly understand and respect the value of momentum—and nurture it properly when it shows up.
Regardless of what happens, trust the process, look for the gift in every occurrence, and always have faith that God has a plan for you and it is playing out perfectly.
How is momentum achieved for creators and entrepreneurs?
Momentum is built through a combination of…
Devotion.
Discipline.
Alignment.
Strategy.
Grit.
Synchronicity.
Surrender.
Faith.
Passion.
